Refund policy

1. Scope
This Policy applies to all purchases made via our website/store or any other sales channel under the trade name Bilriza Fragrance. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. No Returns, No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed and dispatched. if the product is defective or damaged please return the product within (days) with unboxing video 
we will deliver the exchange/replacement product within 1 days
refund policy - once we verify the refund request we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7days

3. Exceptions & Defective Items
Despite our no-return stance, we recognize that there may be exceptional cases. The following are exceptions:

Products that have been used, damaged, or whose packaging is altered

Custom / made‑to‑order items (if applicable)

Change of mind, social media recommendation, fragrance not being as expected by scent preference
